Myonggeun Yoon

Dr. Myonggeun Yoon is a leading expert in electric field cancer therapy technology, with over 20 years of research and clinical experience in cancer treatment. He began his career as a medical physicist at the National Cancer Center, where he explored the clinical potential of electric field therapy, and later advanced the field as a professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Korea University.
In 2017, he founded FieldCure to translate his research into practical technologies for patients. FieldCure has developed electric field cancer therapy devices and treatment planning software with innovative technologies, securing a unique position in the field. Dr. Yoon serves as a bridge between academia and industry.
Beyond research, Dr. Yoon is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life and pioneering a new paradigm in cancer treatment. He continues to build strong collaborations with researchers and healthcare institutions worldwide, driving the commercialization and global adoption of electric field therapy.
