License Policy for OncoField Lab
A. Grant of License & Activation
Node-locked License: The software is licensed per device via the Cryptlex management system.
1 License = 1 Device: One license key grants the right to install and use the software on a single PC only. (1 License = 1 Device = 1 Copy)
Online Validation: An internet connection is required for initial activation and periodic license validation.
B. Usage Restriction (Research Use Only)
Academic and research only: This software is provided for research and educational use only.
No clinical use: Use for actual clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, or medical decision-making is strictly prohibited. The user bears all responsibility for any non-compliant use.
C. Restrictions on Installation and Copying
The following acts are strictly prohibited:
- Installation exceeding the number of purchased licenses.
- Shared use on public or communal PCs within an organization.
- Transfer, sale, or sub-licensing to any third party.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code.

Purpose in OncoField Lab
OncoField Lab uses LEADTOOLS for the following functions:
- DICOM data processing: Import, export, and network communication of medical imaging data in DICOM format.
- Medical image file I/O: Reading and writing medical image files.
- Image display and processing: On-screen rendering and image manipulation.
- Image annotations: Overlay annotations on medical images.
End-User Restrictions
By using OncoField Lab, the user agrees to the following restrictions regarding the LEADTOOLS components:
- No reverse engineering: Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any LEADTOOLS runtime components included in this software.
- No modification: Users may not modify or create derivative works of the LEADTOOLS runtime components.
- No separate redistribution: Users may not copy or redistribute the LEADTOOLS runtime components separately from OncoField Lab, except for backup purposes.
- No development use: Users may not use the LEADTOOLS runtime components to develop other software applications.
- Object code only: The LEADTOOLS components are provided in object code form only.
License
The LEADTOOLS runtime libraries included in OncoField Lab are redistributed under the terms of the LEADTOOLS End User License Agreement (EULA) between FieldCure Co., Ltd. and Apryse Software Corp.

Export Restrictions
In compliance with US Export Regulations, this software (including its LEADTOOLS components) may not be shipped, transferred, or exported to countries or persons restricted under applicable export control laws.

E. Enforcement and Remedies
In the event of a breach of this policy, the supplier (Fieldcure) reserves the right to:
- Revoke a license immediately via the Cryptlex server.
- Suspend technical support and software updates.
- Request payment for unauthorized or excess installations.
F. Liability
The customer is solely responsible for any legal or economic costs arising from unauthorized copying or license leaks caused by intent or negligence.
